not bad for the price

Pros: good sound sharp krisp you can feel good quality sound maybe coz its yamaha
Cons: will not be effective in a large room have strong distortion w very loud volume
The Bottom Line: for ordinary movie fans , but not home theatre fanatics, great buy , almost a must try

Great Product.. period.

Pros: Dolby Digital, DTS, Great Bass, Clean Treble, Great PRICE!
Cons: 5.1 feature only applies on Digital Input.. meaning: your games will sound 4.1
The Bottom Line: If you're seriously love music but have a tight budget, go for the Yamaha TSS1. It's worth every cent of it.

I love it (I have the TSS-1B)

Pros: DTS, Dolby Digital Decoding, Headphone jack, Nice control unit
Cons: Slightly underpowered, Headphone jack suffers from a slight hum
The Bottom Line: Despite its flaws, this is still a fantastic digital surround sound system for this price range.
