Solid radio for a good price

Pros: FM tuning, easy installation, great sound, simple display
Cons: Small buttons
The Bottom Line: Buy it for great reception, good radio and CD sound, easy installation; perfect to replace an OEM radio that already had decent speakers; smallish buttons.

Quality on a budget, of sorts

Pros: This radio is fairly well designed. It's Alpine's basic player.
Cons: The display could be much improved.
The Bottom Line: For a solid, entry level car CD player this would be a good choice.

Great sound quality, with some annoyances.

Pros: Good sound quality; easy installation; good radio reception, good tracking on bad pavement.
Cons: Too sensitive to disk imperfections; imperfect ergonomics; crappy manual.
The Bottom Line: Great sound for the price, easy installation, generally good ergonomics with some minor annoyances. Overall, certainly better than an OEM unit.
