Great Sound for Most People

Pros: Great sound, good application support, expandable.
Cons: Double IRQ device with issues (and solution!)
The Bottom Line: Great sound, the value version is exceptionally good value. Power users should get one of the newer versions, however!

Pros: Support for modern audio formats
Cons: Bad support, bad sound quality

Pros: Surround Sound, fairly good sound, high compatibility with games (even old DOS games)
Cons: Quality, compatibility problem with Windows ME preventing shutdown.
The Bottom Line: Great sound and compatibility with games. Lack of quality as I have had several of these fail.
