Pros: Reliable, durable, accurate, rapid satellite acquisition
Cons: Does not have WAAS capability, battery life could be better
The Bottom Line: The Lowrance Globalmap 100 handheld GPS unit provides reliability, durability and accuracy with a very clear map display lacking only WAAS capability and ease of single handed operation ergonomics.

over 1,500 hrs of use, still going strong

Pros: accurate, and rugged
Cons: battery life, weight, cost of accessories
The Bottom Line: I use this unit for enduro racing, rock crawling, and an aviation navaid. It's reliability has made me over-confident sometimes I should have not been.
