Would have bought a Sony

Pros: Price, Looks, HD Ready
Cons: Picture quality of HD signal, convergence, blank effect.
The Bottom Line: I would have gone w/ a Sony instead. Other than that, the TV does give a satisfying picture quality with analog & DVD signals.

Perfect for those wanting to upgrade to HDTV

Pros: Perfect size screen for average size living room. Very sleek, great looking set.
Cons: If any, it would be getting used to the slight reflective glare.
The Bottom Line: I believe that if you can find this set on sale or otherwise advertised under $2000, then you will get the most bang for your buck.
