Cons: Warranty is terrible ind attorney generals office swamp with complaints
The Bottom Line: rca is no longer rca its a french company who cares less about warranty will jack you around till you cant stand it they have many complaints against them .

RCA 61" H.D.T.V. NIGHTMARE

Pros: TV WAS NICE AND CLEAR WHEN IT WORKED.
Cons: CAN NOT GET TV REPAIRED. HAS NOT WORKED IN OVER 6 WEEKS.
The Bottom Line: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. CAN NOT GET REPAIRED. VERY POOR AUTHORIZED SERVICE DEALERS.

Poor service!!!!

Pros: Picture is great. Sound is outstanding.
Cons: Trying to find someone to service tv is impossible.
