Pros: Very good picture quality.
Cons: Remote could be a little better.

Good or Bad? Bad.

Pros: Sony name, PIP, HDTV Ready, Great Picture.
Cons: $4,500 is too much, TV broke after 10 months
The Bottom Line: Good TV at first, but it broke several times after 8 months and it's time for it to go. HDTV isn't included, and the square screen is too dull.

Pros: High-def display resolutions, enhanced 16:9 vertical compression.
Cons: Older model, 4:3 aspect ratio screen, problematic 960i resolution.
The Bottom Line: Can handle both NTSC-standard material (which it boosts to 960i), 480p, and 1080i. The 960i resolution can be problematic. The 4:3 screen is ideal for standard broadcasts.
