Pros: Records high-res Super VHS signals on standard VHS tapes! Has DIGITAL VIDEO noise reduction!
Cons: Non-VCR+ mode is slow-to-program; CA & MA omitted unlike previous editions.
The Bottom Line: With prices at $250, a fantastic deal! Soon, there won't be any NTSC standard VCRs of this caliber when High-Def is all the rage. Get one NOW, quickly!

Pros: Incredibly flexible. A fun machine to use. Excellent manual.
Cons: May intimidate the technically challenged.

Pros: Ease of setup, totally customizable picture options auto or manual.
Cons: No headphone jack
