I bought mine new a couple years ago and (knock on wood) haven't had any problems with it. I want to get my brother one for Xmas and have seen Refurb's online for around $99. Is it worth the money, or will I just be buying trouble in the future by getting a refurb? Thanks!
No man i would not becuase i bought one form Gamestop and it had disk read error after about a year. So i was gonna buy another refurbished one and he said no man its worth the money to get a new one. And he said when they get it refurbished he said Sony doesnt even fix the thats wrong with it they just replace so parts like the fan and the internal I would spend the extra money!
