I have a 2 year old Sony Cybershot DSC-H20 which has been terrific in every sense UNTIL I lost the cable that downloads photos from camera to laptop via ports. I don't know WHAT to call the item I'm searching for or where to buy it from. I've been to the Sony Shop in Golders Green but they weren't remotely helpful though to be fair I didn't have the camera with me at the time.
I'm a very keen photographer and just back from holiday and DYING to download all the pictures I took of my family back home etc but until I find this Download Cable I obviously can't.
