Nice truck Paul. It does sound like leasing is for you if you only put that many miles on. Thats nothing.

I will pick up the usage with trips to seminars and such but yeah, like 15 miles or less a day. Not to mention a new ride every 3 years. I'm diggin' that.

What sucks tho is no altering of the truck in any way. I need to keep it factory. Leasing requires scheduled regular inspections. = no car audio. I might have to sell the stuff I just bought/built.

But i dont think I like the output of the mag that much in a sealed box it sounds nice and everything but It just doesnt get all that loud compared to subs ive had before. So right now im having phil design me a ported box for my car and so how that goes if not looks like im gonna be getting a new sub soon lol I want it to be louder. I want 140's daily and Im definetly not getting that.

Chad did you like the mag or did you have the same problem where you didnt think it was loud enough?

Mine isn't all that loud right now Charlie. It metered a 135.0 at 41hz. Its in a 3.0cuft sealed box as well. But having a good number or having it loud isn't too important to me at the moment. Good luck with the 140+ daily goal.

Rovin, the link is not working.

Sony makes pretty decent cameras, however, I will not buy them for myself or for anyone else. They take pretty decent pictures but the track record for reliability is not there. Plus I don't like their proprietary stuff.

If you want a recommendation, check out Canon with a better Image Stabilization feature than Sony.

If you are going to use a large capacity card, do not go above 1 Gig. The trouble with cards is that if one file gets corrupted, you will lose all your pictures. It is better to have 2 or more smaller capacity cards than 1 big card.

in case link dont work
SONY DSC-W130/B

hmm well my bro has like a 2yr old 7.2mp model & it works sweet with no problems at all - his problem is he has shaky hands so sometimes pix r out of focus but my hands r quite steady & this cam is for me

not a d\cam expert but while i was looking at d various brands it seems to me like they r all d same but sony was cheaper than others with basically d same features

thing is d 2g m\card is only $10 more than d 1g so thats y i was thinking might as well get d 2g ...never heard about cam files getting corrupted...

My Sony bias stems from my own experience as a photography hobbyist for 30 years, so take the advice with a grain of salt :-)

I think Sony will be fine for the average consumer who just wants to take pictures with the least amount of hassle. Get it and enjoy.

As for the memory card, I've seen it happen plenty of times, even on the most reputable of memory card makers. And the better ones have free file recovery services...there's a reason for that :-)

i appreciate d experienced advice ... ....btw do ppl still use ole skool film cams ?

'''I think Sony will be fine for the average consumer who just wants to take pictures with the least amount of hassle. Get it and enjoy.'''

well i think that basically describes me - i just want a easily operated simple point\click d\cam for everyday use ...only features i really mess with is size & pix quality - i just set it on best & im good to go

come like my faithful premier 860 deck - i use only 1\2 or less of its features ...but its good to know d unit has it

curious - but how does a pic\file on a d\cam get corrupted - causes ? .... ...

"curious - but how does a pic\file on a d\cam get corrupted - causes ? "

Any number of things could happen to it. Humidity, turning of the unit when it is not done recording, transferring from the cam to the pc, removing the card when it is transferring files...or just plain bad luck.
