if you stop eating Ice Cream, Soda, and Fried Foods altogether, i can guarantee you will lose at least 6-15 lbs. depending on your size and diet.

eat nuts and meat and things like that. peanut butter, trail mix, and lots of meat at the dinner table, then do nothing. you will gain in NO TIME.:-)
