I'm living in Europe and I'm planning to send a demoreel to the US and, since the standard there for video is NTSC, I need to record my tapes on that system. well this is my question: Are there NTSC or PAL blank tapes, or all tapes are the same system until I write them with an NTSC or PAL VCR?
