I visited a friend in a village .Not finding the remote controller I attempted to change the channel manually but ended up scattering the setting Since the last 3 three days we have tried in vain to resolve the problem.Now the TV automates itself or controls itself.It switchea from one channel to another on its own and writes EXT2.Each time we attempt a search it locates only 3 stations as opposed to 15 it was showing before I scattered the setting.It keeps controlling itself and showing EXT2.Please how can we solve this problem.How can we restore the settings, successfully do a new search or at least reset the computer.The TV model is 21PT5402/01. The. remote controller model is RC 7940.
