Vizio VU37L wont turn on

i was watching tv and it just turned off
the vizio is lit orange
and will not change i can push the power button nothing happens still stays orange

i checked for blown caps, nothing, everything looks great

on the power supply board
where it says 5v i have 5v
i have nothing coming out of the 12v or the 24v cables tho

does this sound like i should replace the power supply board?
or should i replace the more common main board?

i read main board issues the tv at least tries to turn on, or the vizio changes color

mine like i said stays orange no matter what i do
and wont power on
