Vizio VX37L HDTV10A will not power up...

I have a Vizio TV that will not turn on when plugged in. Even the Vizio light at the bottom will not light up orange when the set is turned off.

My daughter bumped the power strip and unplugged the TV when it was on. When she plugged it back in, the TV would not come on or show any sign of power. I've tested the electrical outlet and it is fine.

I've tried to read up on this online and I'm not sure if this is a fuse or the power board. I've read that there is an F2 fuse, but I can only find an F1 fuse. I inspected the F1 fuse, but I can't tell if it is blown or not...maybe it is a ceramic style fuse?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This TV was manufactured in October 2007.

Thanks very much!
Will
