Posted on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 - 20:56 GMT I am sick of paying Comcast for almost nothing. Ya, I have a lot of channels. Most never get watched as they are crap. I called them up and asked if I could select my own package. They said that is not available. Well, it used to be with these boxes! So I am considering NFPS. Is it stable? Is it worth it? Is there a channel list I can view? Is there a better choice than NFPS? Scatman |

Posted on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 - 21:45 GMT " So I am considering NFPS. Is it stable? Is it worth it?" $35 for the year is not a bad investment. It goes up and down frequently but on a 2-4 day basis with more up time than downtime. |

Posted on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 - 22:07 GMT What is the IKS-TV/IKSPS about? That seems to offer the most. What receivers does it support? Thanks for all the fast inquiries! Scatman |

Posted on Wednesday, April 06, 2011 - 14:13 GMT At present, considering the risk of total stoppage of service, the lease risk is in using NFPS at $35 for 1 year. While I can't say it is up 99% of the time, it is up about 65% of the time. You can pay more for better private service but then you are looking at at least $25/month or $300 per year. - which is a huge jump in cost for perhaps 90% service. There is another service heavily promoted at a low price, but it is confined to one receiver and requires the purchase of a new hub. |
