Can someone tell me a reliable web site to buy a replacement remote control for a Sony Trinitron I bought for $39 at Goodwill. I love the tv. On some sites the remotes price at, on average, $25 to $30. That seems high especially since that's almost the price of the tv.
I don't need a new remote but it has to work. |

Posted on Monday, November 01, 2010 - 16:23 GMT Well I found a Sony universal remote for $3.00 minus shipping from B&H Photo Video Pro Audio. The guy on chat told me it will work for my Sony tv. When I looked around the prices were high---extremely high, like in the hundreds. This one is new, still in the package. I'm going to recheck to see if it's the right one. |

Usualy a Dishnetwork remote is Universal, look in the user manual under remote to see if you can use this one before spend money on new one. |
