Can't make my dreambox loader to connect to dreambox..

tried everything 3 different computer nothing is working..

dreambox 100 v2...
xloader v 32
try to use webloader..its asking for password any idea what is passwrod.

tried it no luck..thx though..

still no luck..
i am trying this method..may be this will work..

1 - Connect the receiver to network and do factory reset and then make
sure Dm100 has IP.
2 - Any PC that is connected to same network install a Free FTP server
software, I recommend XlightFTP server
3 - After installing the Xlight FTP server on PC, create a
username/password for the server
4 - Now that you have a FTP server ready on the PC with port 21.
Create a folder and share that folder on the FTP server and copy the bin
factory file on that folder.
5 - On Broken DM100 go to menu, Sw/update
6 - Change Domain to IP of the PC that is running ftp server
7 - Type username and password that you created on the server
8 - Press OK on S/W update
9 - It will scan the FTP server folder and show you the factory file.
10 - Select the bin file and press Ok
11 - Press YES to save changes and after 25 sec, the receiver will boot
back into V2 mode

how do i do step 3?
