jan New member Username: Jan133 Post Number: 3 Registered: Aug-10	Posted on Sunday, August 08, 2010 - 05:05 pm: if you just bought it brand new shd be under warranty and it may be faulty if tape got stuck - there is a little motor?? that lifts the tape in and out of the tape drive i think - maybe you can take back to store and explain what happened - when i first bought my sony dvd burner - the door wouldnt open to put in dvd so i took back to store - found out after they sent back to factory that the child lock had been activated at the factory - i would never have figured out that one
