Vizio P50 has no DTV

Vizio 50' plasma has DTV problem. Black screen and no sound. No menu and most other buttons on the remote will not work. Only the Input button can change the state to other modes like TV, RGB, etc. and the TV will function just fine.

Appreciate your help.
