Anyone please help as I am desperate for any assistance. I purchased a new lamp and a color wheel from DM to replace my 5 year old TV i purchased from costco. After replacing both the lamp and color wheel, I plugged the TV but all I can hear is the sound but no picture. I waited for a long time and still no picture but I can hear everything just fine. I can not turn the TV off using either the remote or the button on the set. What do you think is the problem? please help.
