The main difference since yesterday is that Sonysat was coming back and is experienceing problems related to their off-shore server. Kbox is holding. EKS is having problems - they are not accepting new memebrs. C00LSAT remains the same over the last 3-4 weeks. Sonicview is stabilising after a lot of teething problems. CNX/I-Link/Satzen - all from same server are doing well.

Today our ISP will update a good part of all software installed on the system our server is running on. The maintenance 'BRAIN" is as follows:

1. Unplug COAX Satellite cable from SS unit Go to MENU> Hit OK> 4 times 9999> Make sure say DISABLE MODE 2. Power Off STB , Power ON STB a. Run WiznetLoader and hit SEARCH wait for Showme is detected MAC:00:00:00: ect,ect. b. look at Version if it show this{ 82 dont panic ."let fixed" c. Check your NIC CARD Deafult GATEWAY some like this:192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.2.1....... D. then u ready to fix 82 error version. Set up : Local IP: 192.168.*.* Port:5000 Subnet Gateway
Server Ip: 30.303.30.0 .. Fallow with Port :90
C; Un check box [USE DNS] Type: 192.168.1.1 your NIC Card Gateway Now, Make a Check box on [USE DNS] 3. Go to Option make sure Un-check Box Password (TCP Server)
4. HIT Setting Button Wait until u see (COMPLETE)
5. Then u ready to load new Rom file to ShowmeX2
After is done Power Off STB, Power On back., go to Memu>9999.X2 then Exit.
CODE RED - DN vs. IKS Only working boxes right now are C00LSAT 5L/6K with R-Link and Dreambox DM-100, Sonicview (Limited/Freezing)
CNX, I-Link, Satzen, Kbox Beta and C00LSAT all were observed to drop on DN at a few minutes past 1PM Eastern Time today. This is very much like the two events observed in December. At this time the details of the event are not fully known, but the adventure now continues for IKS coding and support teams. The C00LSAT was quickly restored to service. CNX/Ilink/Satzen remained up on Bev but took massive freezing and is now down on most models. Unrelated the Sonicview iHub system has been working on the servers since last night and is now having an array of mixed results, freezing and some channels out. The Sonysat server has also been offline waiting to put its upgrade online. The Dreambox DM100 was not impacted. Waiting on word from the Neosat EKS team, as it was down on DN prior to the time of this latest event.
