I have a Mitsubishi Wt-42315. A white horizontal line and a black horizontal line, about an inch apart, flicker and scroll down the screen. It occurs on all HD 1080i inputs, including the DVI. Any thoughts on what it could be? I don't have any experience at TV repair, but since it is out of warranty I'm willing to open it up and look inside. It is more apparent on bright scenes.
