I recently bought me a 32" flat screen magnavox tv and I've noticed since it was stretched out, it cuts some of the picture off along the top and bottom. Is there anyway to fix this problem to fit it all on the screen?
Virtually all TVs have some overscan. How much is up to the manufacterer. In most cases you need to have some overscan to get rid of the flaws in the picture at the edges.
