I just got time warner cable tv, i got one receiver in the living room. I was told by the agent that sold me the service that I would be able to view more channels on my other tv's with that one receiver, but that's not the case.
Receiver in living room
3 other tvs connected to the modem router of internet.
My question is this, if I connect my 4 tvs to that one digital tv receiver in the living room, what would i need. I know i would need a splitter, but what kind? Also, if I connect my tv's to that one receiver, will the other tv's work independently from that primary tv? That is to say that if I change the channel on the primary tv will the others have to be in the same channel to receive a signal or will they be able to view independently? If not what can I do?
