This is the only procedure that gets my lamp to lite and stay lit.
1.Remove lamp. 2.Turn TV on. 3.Unplug TV for 10 minutes. 4.Install lamp plug TV in, wait 5 minutes. 5.Press Mute,1-8-2,Power.
Results TV consistently turns on. Lamps stays lit until I unplug tv. Once I was able to navigate through the service menu, other times the tv locks up within seconds with either a blank screen or vertical black and white stripes.
This TV has a new lamp, color wheel, and ballast.
I am assuming my problem is with either the analog board, digital board, or DMD board. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
