Need Help: VCR connection to What? Rec-DVD or TV

Here we go> Have New 42 LCD TV, is HD ready but I don't subscribe to HD. Just bt. NewSony DVD-NS700H/B 1080p upscaling DVD player. VCR is some 10yr old and receiver > Pioneer A/V Multi Channel VSX-D307 Digital Signal Processor.
"NOW" how do I hook up my VCR. To what compoant and what cables (and kind of) go where. Much help Needed! TKS!

Connectiond should be : RECIEVER-----> VCR------->DVD-------->TV
Just keep connecting every OUT connector to IN on next device.
