The BEST way to hook up any HDTV is to use HDMI cables and the dav dx 315 home theatre dvd system has HDMI as an output, so that is the best way to go. Bill ~~HDTV TVs~~

Not in the operator's instructions I downloaded from Sony. It has composite, S-video, and component outputs only.
