New member Username: ScityPost Number: 1 Registered: Aug-08 | I have a Sony 50XBR1 that shuts off while watching and comes back on after a few seconds. The green LED light stays lit which tells me the tv still has power. When it comes back on the on screen displays are on also,just like the tv was just turned on.I had a repair man out and he said there are no signs of any shut offs through the self diagnostics and until he can duplicate it there's nothing he can do.He finally called Sony tech support and they said to replace the Q-Box Assy and the ASU/DSU Assy but there was no guarantee that would repair it.I was wondering if it was happening to anyone else? Any thoughts? |

New member Username: PhilipdPost Number: 1 Registered: Sep-08 | I have a KDF50E2000 50" LCD Projection and I have the exact same problem! I contacted Sony and they did not know and told me to contact their local service people. I haven't contacted a repair man yet though... I'm interested to see what people reply to this post. |
