I bought my tv August 07. When I turned it on yesterday it acted like it was turning on (lamp light up on side) but then the standby/temp button flashed forever red. I've unpluged and restarted it. Same thing. I pulled the lamp out and air cleaned it, put it back in. nothing. I've vacumed the side vents and all. Nothing. I've called samsung and it's under warranty but i want to know what to expect. they've said they will send someone out that's a local rep. Again, I just want to know what is going on here. Is it simple or major? Thanks for any help you can give.
