Samsung HL5067W blue ghosting/shadow

Picture quality is excellent except for a blue ghosting puddle effect that is randomly on screen. Mulitple inputs, same effect. Did notice I still got the blue ghosting on a b/w show. If I had to guess I would but a color wheel. Any HELP out there?
