We have acquired a Toshiba rear projection 40PW03, its a lovely TV but we have a problem with the picture, its quite dark, watchable but annoying, we took the front off and cleaned the lights and glass which was really dusty and it has improved it a little.
There is a line about a inch wide at the top and bottom that's a lot lighter and looks like its how the picture should be but the rest is dark.
Does anyone have any idea of what this maybe, it looks like the picture is dirty but as I have said we have cleaned the lights and glass, we also cleaned the screen including the lairs.
