I got a problem with my tv model # CS-31305. its got power but no picture and audio but the picture is not black its kinda blue. when I press menu it will show and I can adjust the color, brightness ect... they said it was the pip, but the guy wqho look at it, no pip board to remove. any help would be appreciate.
