I'm sure that this issue has probably been addressed countless times, but I'm rather new to DVD recording and want to make sure that I'm getting the best quality out of everything that I'm doing.
I have several football games saved on my DVR that were recorded in HD, and I would like to transfer those games onto DVD. I realize that I can't maintain the same initial quality because the DVD recorder doesn't record in HD. However, I would love any suggestions on what I should do to ensure that I maintain the best quality as possible.
Do I just record it straight to DVD and change the picture format with the my TV's zoom feature?
Also, what are generally considered the top brands for DVD+R/DVD-R discs and DL discs.
