My recorder freezes after one or two minutes of playing, either from HD or from DVD. I have to reboot each time to get it to work. It works OK when using cable and not the HD or DVD. I now continually see self check and then U99 after it starts.
I have a Panasonic DMR-E50 its worked fine for the past 2 years but recently its started acting very odd it wont read dvd-r blank or finalized it will read original dvd's and dvd ram but when i try to record it shuts itself off and then recovers after that i have to turn it of for it to read the disk again. I tried cleaning it with a dvd cleaner but it made no difference help me please
