Hello, I am new to the world of HDTV. I have recently purchased an XBOX 360 and want to purchase an HDTV. I am little bit strapped for cash so I was pointed to the Philips Outlet. I found a 26" Widescreen for $299. It says it is HDTV...but I am unconvinced. Anyway, I have 2 questions:
1) Will the XBOX 360 pick up and play games in HDTV quality even if the TV doesn't have the HDTV turner and is merely compatible?
2) Is the TV in question HD compatible or is it HDTV and ready to broadcast in High def without any other perephrials?
