Hi, I sure home someone can help us. We have a Mitsubishi CS-27305 with the picture in a picture which is a great TV that we only watched once in a while. Well, our 5 year old granddaughter played with the remote while watching a movie from the DVD player we had hooked to it and apparently put the parental lock on ALL the channels. You can hear the sound but a black box comes up and covers the screen..on ALL channels even when the DVD player is off. Someone told us to reset the TV put we don't know how (No longer have the manual) and are unable to locate any reset button. We were also told to unplug the TV for a couple days and it would reset itself. Well, it has been over a year since we unplugged it and still no pictures..just the black square.
Any help anyone can give us sure would be appreciated. Don't want to ditch a good TV and we have no repairmen in our area.
