I have a recording from MTV on a Philips DVR 704 Unit and want to transfer this to my PC so I can burn in on a DVD using my DVD burner on the PC- both PC and DVR have a USB port and S Video - how do I transfer from the DVR to my PC for DVD burning? I read somwhere I need to use the video capture on my PC - if so what does that entail? Direct TV says the USB and S Video are not supported using my PC? Is this true? Thanks in advance for any useful advice!
