I've got a sony dcr-trv285e camcorder, and I cannot extract the videos from my camera to my computer, can someone tell me which program I could use, and if possible, a download. I've tried both Picture Package and Imagemixer and neither work. At the moment I'm willing to try anything, i don't care how much I need to download, as long as I can get it to work.
