Need site to download BIN 144 from

Can someone please tell me a site that I can go to for downloading BIN 144. I have a new pansat 2700 and just found out I need to do this in order to get my channels to come in. I have been searching online for it but since I'm almost as computer illiterate as I am about satellite jargon I haven't had any luck. By the way WHAT is BIN 144?

bin 144 is to flash the receiver so u can watch the channels. goto hashu. they have it.
