HELP - A re-wording of a message I posted earlier - why doesn't an RCA adapter (red and white in the Audio Out jacks in back of TV) with a mini-jack option produce stereo sound in my headphones when my TV is a Magnavox (Sears 2004) STEREO TV? I'm even going through an old stereo receiver into the PHONO jacks and still no stereo sound, though at least I have amplification now. Help.
