Our 40" Mitsubishi CS-4601 is having a problem. Turned it on last night, and get sound, but the picture is just colored horizontal and vertical lines criss-crossing the screen. We tried as much troubleshooting as we can. Help!
Sounds like your convergence adjustment has been accidently turned on. Check the remote for a button called "Convergence" or "C adjust" and push it. Failing that check the front panel for a similar control.
