OK, I ahve been researching this issue for atleast 3-weeks. Here is what I have, it seems as though tv manufactures put a basic software version in the tv's, ship them out and not tell any one about it. I recieved a papaer from our boss that has all TV models on it that need to have a certain version installed in the tv or it will not work, so we cantacted Toshiba, and they knew right away what we needed, but the catch is the software is not available yet, it may be 2 weeks or 2 months according to the manufacture. So if you are using say a motorola card you need a certain version for that card ie if you use a s-a card you may need a different version for that card.
