I live in Woodstock, Va (zip 22664) and currently have regular old cable tv. We get our network affiliates out of DC which is 90-100 miles away. Woodstock is also in the Shenandoah Valley, so the signal would have to pass over a small mountain. Would I be able to receive those stations from DC that far away?

Brian,

you can go to http://antennaweb*org/aw/Address*aspx (replace the *'s with .'s to get the web link. ) you can type in your information in the address city and zip code to figure out what channels you can get based on the information you enter.
Best of luck!
