Has anyone experienced difficulty installing a Cablecard with the A10? The cableguy spent 2 hours trying to install mine yesterday (Cox) and never could get the digital channels to show up as authorized. He's coming back tonight to give it another shot and thinks it may be a software/firmware issue. Considering how many A10s are now out there, I am surprised by this.
FYI - the cable RF is split with one cable directly into the Sony A10 and the other to a DVD Recorder if that matters.
