I have a "friend" who has basic cable service. "He" was wondering is there a way to get the movie channels and digital broadcasts etc for free, either by buying a box (not from the cable service/Comcast)or fixing the line box. He lives in the Chicagoland area. Could you please help him out with any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks

Yes if you can find somone in your area pirating the cable boxes then yes you can buy the box and card and have the person set it up and you can get every registered channel pluse some for no extra cost
