I am trying to fix a tv for my mom it is an RCA model # F19204wt chassis # TX86TB when you plug it in the relay just clicks off and on but the tv never comes on. Can anyone help Please

There is a problem with a supply somewhere that is causing the set to shutdown. It is unlikely that you will be able to fix this one on your own. It needs a trip to an RCA authorized technician.
