My uncle's RCA set is about 5 years old. Two days ago something happened to make the screen become quite dark. I can't find any control panel with "contrast" available for adjustment.
The controls below the screen are for channel, volumn and power only. Does anyone know how I might remedy the contrast?
He can't find the owner's manual. If it is of any help, the set is indicated as being "Home Theater Premiere" and "Guide Plus Gold Gemstar."
