My Magnavox TV has fallen and it won't get up ---> V-chip ?

It's a magnavox 20MC4304/17 and I lost the manual. The parental control must have been turned on but I had no knowledge of it. There are no kids here. I tried to view ...umm..."mature" material and and TV went out immediately. Now it won't even turn on no matter what button I push on TV or on remote. Any one have any suggestion ? PLEASE HELP ! Preety please !
